Sports Vision Training Boot Camp
Step Up Your Athlete’s Game With Vision Training — No Matter What Sport They Play!
Just like we train the body for strength and endurance, we can also train the visual system. Using a fun and unique program of vision drills and activities, vision training helps enhance the visual skills that optimize athletic performance. Many sports science studies show that visual performance is directly related to athletic performance. Vision training can give your young athlete an edge over the competition — both on and off the field.
Train Like The Pros
The pitcher winds up and releases the ball. You swing, but it’s a little too late and you’ve missed the ball completely! Or maybe you’re on the tennis court and can’t return that serve. Visual training can help improve your reaction time — the speed with which your brain interprets and reacts to your opponent’s action.
Help keep your eye on the ball and your head in the game. When you are playing any sport with a ball or a fast-moving opponent, you need to be able to follow objects without much head motion. Eye tracking helps you maintain better balance and quickly react to the situation.
Eye-hand-body coordination is how your hands, feet and body and other muscles respond to the information gathered through your eyes. It is an important part of most sports because it affects both timing and body control.
